About Prestige Worldwide

A security and identity lab that happens to share a name with a fictional diversified conglomerate.

Prestige Worldwide is a one-person lab focused on Microsoft security and identity — Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Zero Trust architecture, and the detection engineering that holds all of it accountable. It exists for the same reason most useful security testing exists: a production environment is the wrong place to find out how something actually fails.

The scope is deliberately narrow. A conditional access policy, an access package catalog, a KQL detection — configured, attacked, measured, and written up. AI work runs alongside it, mostly where the two threads intersect: an agent with real credentials is an identity problem before it's anything else.

Who runs it

One person, with roughly fifteen years in enterprise identity, endpoint security, and detection engineering — mostly in environments where getting it wrong was expensive. This site is the personal half of that work: a place to test configurations and detections without a change advisory board, in a tenant that belongs to nobody but the lab.

What this is not

  • Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking on behalf of any employer, customer, or Microsoft. Everything here is personal lab work and personal opinion.
  • Not a disclosure. Nothing on this site describes, references, or reveals a specific organization's actual environment, configuration, or incident — including any current or former employer's.
  • Not a consultancy, and nothing here is sold. If this site is useful to you as a customer or partner evaluating the person behind it, that's the extent of the pitch.
  • Not legal, compliance, or audit guidance. Zero Trust and governance content here reflects lab testing, not a certified assessment of anything.

How things get published

A project goes up once there's enough to reproduce it: tenant configuration, tool versions, method, and results — including the runs that broke something. Pages get revised as the work continues rather than frozen at publish time, so a project page reflects where that project actually stands.

An early concept badge for Prestige Worldwide AI, with joke ring text listing model management, financial tokens, datasets, black leather keyboards, compute, and hallucination insurance.

Getting in touch

If you're working in Entra ID, Defender, or detection engineering — or evaluating this work for a role or an engagement — email is the most reliable way to reach me. I read everything and reply to most of it.

Say hello

Questions, corrections, and "here's where that detection would actually fail" are all welcome.
